About Me

icon
I am a leader in UX design/research and expert in Human-AI interaction. Starting as a mixed-methods UX researcher a decade ago, I started doing UX and conversational design eight years ago. As the founder of Cerence's Design, Research, Innovation, and In-Vehicle Experience (DRIVE) Lab, I led a global team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and engineers who helped our business expand from voice-only assistants into multi-modal products. I’ve created multi-modal interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and things that move.
